For a growing number of Canadians, it's hip to be holy
If you happened to miss 'Hip 2B Holy' on Global TV last week with Kevin Newman, a copy of the broadcast is now available at http://public.alphacanada.org/hip2bholy/ for you to view. In the program Newman talks about the growth that is happening, primarily in evangelical churches he notes, and focuses particularly on the way young people are coming into the Church.
A comment from a Presbyterian pastor towards the end of the broadcast notes 'often we expect people to change so that God will love them but I believe that people change because God loves them'. How true!
